Saturdays from 12:15-1:45 pm

(not available on long weekends or club breaks, ie winter/spring/summer)

Up to 20 kids, $150

We supply tables, chairs and 2 certified coaches. You bring kids and food!

Booking a birthday party with Trail Gymnastics Club requires a 50% deposit to be paid within 3 business days of booking in order to hold the preferred party date and time.

​

Cancellations  must be made with a minimum of 2 calendar weeks notice in order to receive a refund of deposit. 

​

Cancellations made within two weeks of the booked party will be ineligible for a refund.

 

All party attendees must sign a waiver upon arrival at the club. This is available online and on paper at the club.  ONLINE WAIVER

 

The Tumble Track will be closed to birthday parties where any participants are under the age of 6 as per Gymnastics BC  Insurance Regulations
